San Louis Obispo Romantic, Modern Wedding

Lauren + Westin’s wedding was absolutely breathtaking + the BEST way to kick off my 2022 weddings! From the San Louis Obispo venue, to the modern florals, to the fun, flirty wedding dress, this wedding at Villa Loriana was STUNNING!!!

Lauren started off her day getting ready with her girls (ahead of schedule!) so when we arrived she was ready to get the ball rolling. We snapped the dress dive, some solo portraits, + the bridesmaids squad before heading over to meet the guys!

Westin and his boys were lookin sharp in their classic black suits in the groom’s suit on property at the venue. This group of men were rowdy + ready to celebrate their best friend!

From there, we headed into the reception space to capture all the details before the ceremony started. Then, it was ceremony time! L + W hired a live acoustic band who played piano + guitar to serenade the guests as they entered the ceremony space. They had the most beautiful ceremony; then it was time to party!

We took sunset photos; then the bride + groom wanted to join their guests at cocktail hour before heading into the reception space. If you’ve been to any wedding ever, you’ll know that once the reception starts things speed up FAST. We had grand entrances, dinner, speeches, formal dances, outfit changes, regular dancing, cake cutting, photo booth, flash portraits, the cigar bar, surprise saxophone players + guests mingling to capture!
